Gun Control
-All American citizens have 2nd amendment rights.
-Stronger background checks need to be put in place.
-If a citizen has or has had a history of mental health problems, they will not have access to any weapon
-Training MUST be required for anyone purchasing a weapon, 3 months of training must be required before receiving the gun, if the recipient would like more training they are allowed to do so.
-After all these requirements are met, the recipient must wait 7 days before receiving the weapon the prevent rage killings and rage suicides
-Ex convicts and criminals would be told by judge if they are able to have a gun
-Free market health care meaning everyone will pay for their own health care
-The prices are determined by the individual and the health care provider, this includes less government control.
- If urgant, a loan can be provided by the government.
-If loan is unable to get paid back,they can do community service.
-Government officials will decide how much community service work there needs to be, this will open up more jobs.
-People will go out in groups with officials and will be signed off when the work is finished.
-Having healthcare is strongly encouraged for all U.S citizens.
-Obama care will be abolished, health care needs to be worked for. Obama care is also costing the U.S to much money
-Allow opportunities for good deals in health care for those affected with the end of Obama care.
-Illegal immigrants should not take the jobs of U.S. Citizens
-Separation of families will not occur on the border
-We will build a wall and have Mexico pay for it by coming to a compromise with Mexico about why they will pay.
-As well as the wall, there will need to be stronger border patrol immediately.
-If the parents are illegal and the child is born in the U.S. they will be considered a U.S. citizen.
-Illegal immigrants that commit crimes will be deported, arrested, or have to pay a hefty fine.
- Mountaintop fracking will be put into action in the Appalachian Mountains.
- Offshore drilling will be put into action on most coastal state shores.
- Private companies that are helping our environment by using other forms of energy will get taxed less.
- Companies that harm our environment and do not use our form of energy will get taxed more.
- The CTP believes in:
- 27.5% flat tax rate
- If a citizen does not make enough to live off of, but he or she is working or looking for a job, then this rate will be lowered.
- Citizen must be actively looking for a job to receive active government assistance.
- Does not apply if you're not able to work due to a disability or health issue.
- All tax officials will not be fired but will be reassigned to determine if citizens are working enough for government assistance.
- Medical marijuana and medical opioids should be legal in all states if prescribed by a doctor.
- Recreational drug use should be illegal in all states if used incorrectly.
- All other non-medical drugs including meth, heroin, and cocaine are illegal.
- If doctor will decide if the medical is marijuana is urgent or not.
